By using CyberShield Enterprise ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our commitment to AES encryption standards for data protection.

We implement AES-compliant encryption to protect your data. However, you remain responsible for the data you submit. We do not guarantee absolute security; we commit to applying industry-standard encryption (AES-256) and security measures.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that could temporarily affect availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CyberShield shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

All content, features, logos, and software on the Platform are owned by CyberShield or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of the data you submit; we require a limited license to process, store, and display it as necessary to provide the service.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws (including GDPR where applicable). We use AES-256 encryption for sensitive data at rest and TLS for data in transit. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CyberShield, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution as provided in the governing law section below.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CyberShield is located. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
