These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Axencia.co (“Axencia,” “we,” “us”) governing access to and use of our websites, applications, CRM tools, CyberShield security products, and related services.
By accessing or using any Axencia service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
Axencia provides digital product development, AI-powered marketing, enterprise software, and cybersecurity solutions. Features, availability, and pricing may vary by plan and are described on our website or in separate order forms or master service agreements.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice where practicable. Beta or preview features are provided “as is” and may change without notice.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Access to certain Axencia platforms is invite-only or restricted to authorized personnel. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Axencia a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the services. Feedback you provide may be used by Axencia without obligation or compensation.
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at purchase or in your agreement. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in writing. You authorize Axencia and our payment processors to charge applicable fees.
Failure to pay may result in suspension of service. Taxes are your responsibility unless otherwise stated. Enterprise customers may be governed by separate commercial terms that supersede this section where applicable.
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Axencia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axencia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Axencia in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
